John Frederick is a financial executive experienced in strategic and financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvement, using Lean Six Sigma methodology and effective financial systems. He provides insights into operational execution within the Black Dragon portfolio.
Currently, Mr. Frederick serves as strategic advisor to Indigo. Previously, he was the CEO of SumTotal Systems, the CAO of Skillsoft, and the COO and CAO at Snag, the largest staffing platform for hourly work. Prior to that, he was executive vice president, CFO, and CAO at Avid Technologies, where he oversaw finance, information technology, legal and investor relations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Frederick served as the Corporate Executive Vice President and CFO at Open Solutions, and as Senior Vice President and CFO at SafeNet.
