Pablo Zaldivar has been a Technical Development Manager at Black Dragon Capital℠ and has now been promoted to Senior Principal. He leads a unique development team at Black Dragon’s One Dragon services who help early-stage companies efficiently meet their development needs.
Zaldivar has a degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Degree in General Management from CEMA University. He brings 19 years of experience helping companies to develop software in more than 6 industries worldwide with a proven record of enhancing operations and reducing costs. He has a strong technical background, but also focuses on process, methods and budget efficiency.
During his professional journey, he achieved numerous goals like creating a new Software Development Lifecycle for innovation projects that enabled a traditional fintech company with more than 30 years in the market to launch the first digital wallet in record time. He also successfully launched 5 world-class products from strategy to posterior adoption for a Software Integration Platform leader; he also helped Fortune 500 companies to adopt Digital Transformation and complete business-critical initiatives.
Mr. Zaldivar is ITIL V3 Foundation, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master and Change Management Practitioner certified, he also finished the Business Administration and General Management Postgraduate course on CEMA University.
