Baptiste Houlbreque is the Finance Director of Black Dragon Capital. He is an experienced professional and has built a proven track record in Finance & Operations Transformation, FP&A and M&A over the past 12 years in domestic and international companies.
Mr. Houlbreque brings to BDC his leadership and knowledge on post-acquisition integration, advising senior executives on deploying process optimizations in several finance areas such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report.
Prior to joining Black Dragon Capital, Mr. Houlbreque held Management responsibilities and Finance leadership roles in the industry and in consulting. He recently was a Consulting Manager at Auxis where he advised and served mid-tier and private companies in their M&A integrations/carve-outs projects and shared services migrations. Prior to Auxis, Mr. Houlbreque was the NAM and LATAM Finance Manager for ATEME, a Paris-based media technology company. He also consulted over 75+ early-stage and mid-tier companies through his tenures at boutique firms on both sides of the Atlantic (LFE Partners, Atlantix Partners and Emeredge) serving clients in various sectors with a focus in IT, Media, Manufacturing and FinTech.
Mr. Houlbreque holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from the Normandy Business School in France.
