She combines experience in startups, HR technology, fintech, capital markets, and strategic development to shape business and technology architectures that enable growth, operational excellence, and large-scale digital transformation across the firm’s portfolio.
Her work focuses on enterprise systems design, data strategy, and process optimization, helping organizations modernize platforms, integrate complex technologies, and scale efficiently. With a career spanning Latin America, North America, Europe, and China, Erika brings a global perspective and a disciplined, analytical approach to aligning technology with business strategy. She holds a Master’s in Finance and is pursuing a PhD in Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
