Persichini is a seasoned financial services and fintech executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning capital markets, financial technology, and AI-driven innovation. A graduate of the University of Toronto (MBA), he has built a distinguished career leading growth-stage companies and scaling advanced technology platforms across the financial sector.
Most recently, Michael served as a C-Suite leader at KreditIQ, where he spearheaded corporate strategy, enterprise partnerships, and the commercialization of cognitive lending technologies that transform how institutions assess and deliver credit. Prior to that, he led and successfully exited Effectiv.ai, an applied AI company focused on automating financial intelligence and operational analytics for banks and fintechs.
Michael now joins Black Dragon Capital as Capital Development Executive for the firm’s Fintech Fund, where he is responsible for driving institutional relationships, optimizing fund capitalization, and accelerating portfolio value creation. His work reflects a rare blend of financial acumen, operational execution, and strategic foresight in bridging technology innovation with capital efficiency.
