He has successfully led global teams through complex mergers, acquisitions, and technology transformation initiatives across both privately held and publicly traded organizations. In his previous role as Senior Vice President at Axiom Bank, Nigel spearheaded fintech growth and forged strategic alliances with industry leaders such as Visa, Mastercard, and the City of Orlando Tech Hub. He also held key executive positions at FIS, Finastra, and Harland Financial Solutions, where he drove Banking-as-a-Service, open banking, and digital banking strategies, generating substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

Nigel holds a BS in Computer Studies from the College of Arts Science and Technology (UTech). He has been published in industry journals such as CUNews, has several MVP and leadership awards and is an advisory board member of no-code platform LeapXL. In addition to developer certifications, he is also a certified Pragmatic Marketing, Product Manager.
