She is a Philippine-certified public accountant with more than 12 years of global experience in finance and accounting, having worked with organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Singapore.
Elle has guided her prior employers across multiple industries, including winery operations, publicly listed SaaS companies, home healthcare and hospice, digital currency firms, short-term rentals, property management, and e-commerce. She has participated in system implementations and migrations involving platforms such as SAP (R/3, Business One, and Fiori), Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, MRI, RealPage, Yardi, AppFolio, and Xero. Elle holds a Master\’s degree in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
